This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“End User” or “You”) and MibProduction.in (“MibProduction”) concerning the use of the MibClientApp.exe software (“Software”), including any associated media, documentation, and related materials.

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the Software. Your use of the Software indicates your acceptance of this agreement and that you use it at your own risk. MibProduction shall not be responsible for any adverse effects or consequences resulting from its use.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE:

MibProduction grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for personal and non-commercial use. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

2. RESTRICTIONS:

You shall not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
  • Share or distribute your account credentials or allow multiple individuals to use the Software with a single license.
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Software.
  • Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to any third party.
  • Use the Software for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes.

3. DATA COLLECTION:

By using the Software, you acknowledge that MibProduction collects certain system information, including but not limited to:

  • Processor details (CPU model and specifications)
  • Graphics card information (GPU model and specifications)
  • RAM capacity
  • Storage details (available and total storage space)
  • Operating System details (OS version and architecture)

4. COPYRIGHT:

The Software, including but not limited to its code, design, graphics, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. MibProduction retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software. No rights are granted to you other than the license to use the Software as expressly set forth in this EULA.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:

The Software is provided “as-is” without any warranty. MibProduction makes no representations or warranties regarding the Software’s fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or performance. Your use of the Software is entirely at your own risk, and MibProduction shall not be held liable for any consequences or damages arising from such use. MibProduction does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your requirements.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

To the extent permitted by law, MibProduction shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

7. SUPPORT AND UPDATES:

MibProduction may, at its sole discretion, provide updates and support for the Software. The terms of such updates and support, if provided, may be subject to a separate agreement.

8. TERMINATION:

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or MibProduction. You may terminate this EULA at any time by discontinuing the use of the Software. MibProduction may terminate your account and this EULA if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

9. GOVERNING LAW:

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the authorized courts.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and MibProduction regarding the Software and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.

To ensure optimal performance of the MibClientApp.exe software, your system should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Processor: Intel Core i3 or AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent
  • Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 or AMD Radeon RX 560 with at least 2GB VRAM
  • RAM: 1 GB
  • Storage: 20 GB of available disk space
  • Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit) or later
